In the state of Oregon, its a felony to carry less than an ounce of pot, but ONLY a misdemeanor to drive drunk! Does this make sense???

Actually educate (academically or a skilled trade) and rehabilitate so that people won't come out worse than when they went in.
You can not lock up them all up, it depends on each case thee are different circumstances in each case
No one should be forced to have sex. Convict and incarcerate all sex offenders. Especially those who prey upon children.

We need tougher penalties and laws for criminals to protect more innocent victims.
people with minor charges (driving with a suspended license from an unpaid no turn on red ticket for instance) should not be locked up with hardened criminals or taking up room in prison cells and taxpayers' money
